Seamless pipes are manufactured by drawing a solid billet over a piercing rod to create the hollow tube. As the manufacturing process does not include any welding, seamless pipes are perceived to be stronger and more reliable.
Seamless manufactured piping products are of a preferential choice within Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Energy & Power, Desalination industries due to its higher properties to withstand pressure and stress.
Welded pipes are manufactured using steel plates or coils undergoing various welding techniques followed by treatments and non – destructive testing as required by manufacturing standards. All our welded pipes are successfully passed with either 100% X-Ray, Eddy Current or hydrostatic testing.
